4.2 Fulfillment Process

Upon successful completion of the payment via our secure gateway:

• • A digital confirmation and receipt are sent immediately to the Purchaser's provided email address.
• • The Couple's private dashboard is updated in real-time to reflect the purchase.
• • No physical shipping is required for any KnotShare products.

4.3 Delivery Failure

If you do not receive your digital confirmation within 15 minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder or contact our support team at support@knotshare.com with your transaction reference number.
