Refund and Return Policy

3.1 No Refunds
KnotShare (Pvt) Ltd sells single-purpose, beneficiary-locked digital Gift Certificates. Due to the nature of these digital products and the immediate creation of a financial liability to the beneficiary upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.
3.2 Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in the event of a technical error where a duplicate charge has occurred for the same certificate. In such instances, the purchaser must contact support@knotshare.com within 24 hours.
3.3 Non-Returnable Items
As our products are digital certificates delivered via email, they cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. Once the digital code or confirmation is issued, the service is deemed rendered.
